A quick and easy energy boost, that's also smooth and delicious!



Ingredients

- 225g silken tofu

- 100g frozen berries plus 50g (save it to use as topping)

- 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder

- 4 tbsp almond milk

- 2 tbsp agave syrup

Instructions:


1 - Add all the ingredients into a blender (remember, only the 100g of berries) and blitz until you get a smooth mixture.

2 - Serve it in a bowl with the remaining 50g of berries as a topping.
