Quick and easy. Just how I like it.

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup soy yoghurt
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
- 1 cup of frozen raspberries
- 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
- 1 cup of soy milk
Instructions
1 - Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until very smooth.
2- Pour into a glass and enjoy!
