MANGO & CARDAMOM PROTEIN SMOOTHIE

Another 'even an 8-year-old could do it' type of recipe, but with a fresh and original flavour! Perfect nutritious snack for any time of the day.


Ingredients

- 1⁄2 cup frozen mango

- 1 cup almond milk

- 1tbsp tahini

- 1 tsp cardamom powder

- 1⁄2 frozen banana

- 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder

Instructions


1 - Add all the ingredients to a blender and blitz until smooth.

2- Pour into a glass and Enjoy!


Tips

As an alternative to the protein powder, you can use hemp seeds with vanilla extract.

Ideal 'next day' snack - you can store in a jar with a lid in the fridge for up to 24hrs. Shake well before drinking it.

If you prefer your shakes with a thinner consistency, add an extra 1⁄2 cup of milk or water.

Easily make it nut-free by using a different vegetable drink like oat, hemp, rice, or coconut milk.

For a tangy flavour touch, add a tsp of ginger powder!
