COCONUT TURMERIC OVERNIGHT OATS

If you like something cold in the morning that gives you long-lasting energy, you have to try this overnight oat recipe.


Ingredients

- 75g oats

- 1 cup diced mango

- 250ml almond milk

- 2 tbsp dried currants

- 1 tbsp hemp seeds

- 1 tsp turmeric

- agave syrup

- 1 tbsp coconut flakes


Instructions:


1 -Preheat the oven at 180C and toast the coconut flakes for 5 minutes (if you need

it). Meanwhile, dice the mango.


2 -In a bowl mix almond milk, agave syrup, turmeric, half of the diced mango and oats.


3 -Cover the bowl or container and leave it in the fridge overnight.


4 -The next morning, take the oats out of the fridge for 2 minutes before eating it.


Adding garnish to the oats:

5 -Add the rest of the diced mango, coconut flakes, currants and hemp seeds.
