CHOCOLATE CHICKPEA BRITTLE

Ingredients

- 400g canned chickpeas

- 100g dark chocolate

- 1 tbsp coconut oil

- Pinch of sea salt

Instructions


1 - Heat up a pot at medium-low heat with some water. Meanwhile, chop the chocolate and

transfer it into a bowl.

2 - Add the coconut oil.

3 - Place the bowl in the pot with the water and gently melt the chocolate (bain-marie) over low heat. Make sure the water level isn't higher than the edge of the bowl.

4 - Drain and dry the chickpeas with a kitchen towel.

5 - Add the chickpeas to the melted chocolate and mix well making sure the

chickpeas are well coated.

6 - Place the brittle mix on a non-stick tray, sprinkle with the sea salt and leave it in the fridge for 10 minutes (or in the freezer for 5 minutes).

7 - When ready, break it into pieces and enjoy!
