CHOCOLATE CHERRY CHIA PUDDING

There's something about combining chocolate with cherries (or most berries, tbh)... It's just awesome.


Ingredients

- 2 tbsp chia seeds

- 1⁄2 scoop chocolate protein powder

- 1⁄3 cup cherries (pitted)

- 1⁄2 cup almond milk (unsweetened)

Instructions


1 - In a medium container, combine the chia seeds with the protein powder and

the almond milk, whisk well, making sure all the ingredients are incorporated.

2 - Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes to overnight to thicken.


To serve

Simply top the chia pudding with the cherries.

Enjoy!


Tips

Leftovers or extra portions can be refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 4 days.

For an extra crunch, add granola or cocoa nibs to the chia.

Whenever you fancy a little change, you can easily vary the flavour by using a different protein powder.

As an alternative to the protein powder you can use raw cocoa powder - just make sure to use half the amount of the protein powder.

If you're simply not a fan of cherries, I got you - just swap it for your favourite berry ;)
