CHERRY BERRY CHIA AND YOGHURT BOWL

A healthy, easy and delicious way to start your day, this is full of flavour and gives you a great boost of energy to keep you going throughout the morning.

Ingredients
- 100g frozen berries
- 500ml soy yoghurt
- 1 tbsp agave syrup
- 45g Nutty chocolate granola
- 1 small banana
- 50g cherry
- 2 tbsp chia
Instructions:
1 - In a mixer add the yoghurt and the frozen berries and blend until nice and smooth.
2 - In a bowl, mix the yoghurt and the chia seeds and leave them on the side for 10 minutes.
3 - Meanwhile slice the banana and the cherries making sure there are no pips in them.
4 - Serve the yoghurt in a bowl, following with the banana, add the nutty granola, cherries and drizzle with the agave syrup.
5 - Enjoy your healthy breakfast
You can skip the granola if you want to save 200 Kcals.
