BANANA CINNAMON SMOOTHIE

Because everyone needs a banana smoothie in their lives. And even better, one with a spicy twist ;)

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 Banana (frozen)
- 1 tbsp flax seeds
- 1⁄2 cup ice cubes
- 1⁄4 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1 cup of water
- 1 scoop of vegan vanilla protein powder
Instructions
1- Add all the ingredients to a blender and blitz until smooth.
2- Pour into a glass and Enjoy!
Tips
Not a fan of protein powder? You can use hemp seeds with vanilla extract as an alternative.
This one is another great candidate to pre-make for the next day. Store it in a jar with a lid in the fridge for up to 24hrs - just remember to shake it well before drinking it!
For a creamier consistency, replace the water with your favourite plant-based milk.
For the green smoothie fans or just the occasional change of flavour, add some spinach leaves!
